Fully implementing the Party's educational policy, actively adapting to the requirements for teachers' professional quality in the deepening reform and standardized development of preschool education, and based in Zhejiang while serving the entire country, the program aims to cultivate high-quality and professional talents with noble moral cultivation and strong educational sentiment, solid professional theory and outstanding practical skills, who are competent in preschool education teaching and management, and capable of engaging in preschool education research.

Professional Features
The major in preschool education is a national first-class major and a provincial first-class construction major, and has been rated as a 5★ major in the "China University and Discipline Evaluation Report" for four consecutive years since 2018. Relying on Ningbo University's "Double First-Class" initiative and the provincial first-class discipline of "Education", this major has established a "platform + module" curriculum system, featuring a discipline category platform and a professional foundation platform, as well as three directional modules: early education, audio-visual education, and children's English education. It achieves an organic combination of "general education, professional education, and teacher education", aiming to cultivate "teaching + research" composite professional talents.
Employment and Further Education
Over the past three years, the employment and further study rate for graduates who have passed the civil servant examination has remained above 90%. The employment rate is highly relevant to their majors, and employers have high satisfaction with the graduates. Every year, students go to well-known universities both domestically and internationally, such as Beijing Normal University, East China Normal University, Nanjing Normal University, and UCL, for further studies.
